Gail's Summer Citrus Cooler Ingredients
Directions Juice the citrus (grapefruit thru oranges) on a citrus juicer. Pour the juice in a 1 gallon pitcher. If you don't want pulp, you can strain it. Pour in the simple syrup and enough water or sparkling water to fill the pitcher. Stir and chill 4 hours before serving. Pour over Ice and garnish with a lemon wedge and mint sprig. **I like to use a mixture of different oranges like navel, blood oranges and valencia for more flavor. |
