Jenny's Lunch Mix This can be anything you want to make it. Combine your favorite frozen veggies, pasta, a protein and a sauce. The sky is the limit to what you can do. The following is just one suggestion. Ingredients:
Place the vega tables, chicken and dressing in a microwave dish in that order. Pack in your lunch box. At lunch time, microwave for 2 - 3 minutes or until cooked through. Stir veggies and enjoy. |
