Vegan Split Pea Soup Ingredients
Directions Heat olive oil in a large soup pot. Saute carrot, onion, celery and curry for about 5 minutes. Add water, peas, potatoes, salt and pepper. Simmer stirring occasionally for 45 to 50 minutes or until thick and peas are soft. For a creamer soup, blend a little bit with a hand mixer before serving.
